The location was perfect, just a few minutes away from shops and the promenade, and it was easy to hop on the A55 to explore the rest of North Wales. The staff was welcoming and left thoughtful touches like a bottle of milk, Welsh chocolate, and local sweets.

The views from the hotel were absolutely breathtaking, with a stunning view of the bay. It was the perfect spot to unwind and relax, especially when sitting in the lounge and watching the sun go down over the bay. Additionally, the host left some thoughtful touches like a bottle of milk, crisps, and Welsh chocolate, which made us feel welcome. Another advantage was the availability of tea and coffee, which was a nice convenience.

Parking and location were a bit challenging. It was extremely tight and required complex maneuvering, especially if others didn't park properly.

Always stay here, no regrets. Staff helped me choose great restaurants. Perfect place for me, has everything I need: free Wi-Fi, free parking, dryer, electric kettle. Even allows pets and no smoking. Coming back for another city trip.
